MINIATURE RIFLES.
WHANG ARE I CLUB. (By Telegraph—Own Correspondent.) WHANGAREI, this day. Another Shoot for the Plumbers* Cup was made by members of Whangurei Miniature Rifle Club last evening, and the holders, Bargain Stores, went down to the "Northern Advocate" team. Three members, S. C. Wells, H. Ashton end S. C. Withers, tied for the evening's, trophy. On the countback Wells and Ashton were still even, and will shoot off. M. Stewart, with a 67, wrested the A grade Rooster from F. White, the holder, and Miss Clark held the B grade. Scores In the Plumbers' Cup were:— "Advocate".—Miss Ruddell 64, S. C. Withers 69, L. Holmes 64, C. Skinner 64, M. Stewart 67—325. Bargain Store.—Miss C. McMullan 62, Miss I. Clark 67, ■J. I'udehope 68, S. E. Lowe 67, S. Hegley 60—324. Transport.—H. Ashton 69, C. Ruddell 67, M. D. O'Siiea 61, F. Tcbbutt 64, B. Sharp 63—324.
