j It is noticed that the asphalt paving of the tramway "refuges" sinks, thus creating hollows which, during wet weather, cause a considerable amount of splashing, it is suggested that all these platforms have concrete slabs to replace the asphalt—thus preventing the trouble, and at the same time providing a more permanent surface.
