THEFT OF CLOTHES.
RELIEF WORKERS GAOLED,

DARGAVILLE, this day.
Charged with the theft of a khaki shirt and a pair of socks, the property of Messrs. Williams, Ball and Fannon, on Saturday night, two men from the Mititai relief camp, Patrick James Scelly and William Gunson, appeared before Mr. F. J. Hosking, J".P.,~ and pleaded guilty. Gunson asked that whatever pumsament his mate received he. should get. Both men were sentenced to two months' imprisonment in Mount Eden gaol.
