FRENCH RECEPTION.
Commandant lior-ati, of tlic Frcncli sloop Savorgnan dc Brazza, entertained a number of guests to an afternoon tea on board, the vessel on Saturday afternoon. Tbe visitors were received at the gangway by the commander and also by the French Consul, M. Jonbert, and were given an opportunity of inspecting the sbij).
