APPEAL TO LEAGUE.
Germany Interferes in Affairs of Austria. REPORTED FROM GENEVA. GENEVA, June 4. It is understood that Austria is appealing to the League of Nations against German interference in her internal affairs. The German Chancellor, Herr Hitler, recently told the Austrian Ambassador lie wanted a general election in Austria in August. The Austrian Chancellor, Dr. Dollfuss, so far has refused to have an election. He may also raise the subject during his impending meeting with Signor Mussolini.

ATTACK ON NAZIS. DEATH SENTENCES SEQUEL. BERLIN", June 4. As a sequel to an attack on Nazis at Altona four of the ringleaders in the affair were sentenced to death and five others to periods of three to 10 years' imprisonment with hard labour.
