PAPATOETOE CLUB. Tlioro wns a large attendance of members at the ISth annual meeting of the Fapatoetoe Lawn Tennis Club, at which Mr. FM Waters presided. The balance-sheet showed that, in spite of the fact that £104 had been spent on a new court, the club had still a credit balance of £70. m presenting the annual report the secretary Mr L. Smytheman, stated that, although the full playing membership had dropped from 88 to 77, the club had been able to field good teams in the outer suburban inter-club competitions, and that the B grade team lost to Papakura in the final by the smallest margin.
