RIFLE BRIGADE.
THIRD ANNUAL REUNION. About 250 members attended the third annual reunion of the New Zealand Rifle Brigade 011 Saturday.. The retiring president, Major G. P. O'Shannassy, welcomed visitors from the South African Veterans, Legion of Frontiersmen, and exService Men's Clubs. The fact thfit the New Zealand Rifle Brigade is dead, as far as the British Army is concerned, was referred to by several speakers, who regretted that exmcmbers had only memories to recall. A suggestion wa3 made that a volunteer unit should be formed bearing the title of the Rifle Brigade and' maintaining its traditions.
