COLD AND CHANGEABLE.
(By Telegraph.—rress Association.) AVELLINGTON, this day. A depression crossed the Dominion yesterday and passed eastwards last night. An anti-cyclone is now advancing across the Tasman Sea. A slight secondary depression is, however, likely to pass to-i'ight. The forecast is: — Strong but decreasing south-west winds, weather cold and changeable, with scattered showers, T)ut gradually improving. Seas rough 011 west coast and off shore on east coast.
