MOTORISTS FINED.
(From Our Own Correspondent.) , THAMES, this day. In tho Police Court yesterday, before Messrs. S. Elisor and F. H. Claxton, J.P.'e., L. Lenoel was fined £5 for negligent. driving on the Kopu Road. It was stated that defendant was 011 the wron" side of,the road and collided with a car being driven in tho opposite direction. For travelling at speeds stated to be from 40 to 40 miles an hour, other drivers were fined 40/ and costs.
