DAIRY PRODUCE BOARD.
SOUTH AUCKLAND CANDIDATE.

MORRINSVILLE, this day.
Mr. S. A. Ferguson, of Motiinmoho, a former member of the Dairy Produce Control Board, has been nominated by directors of nine of the leading dairy companies in the Waikato and Bay of Plenty for the position of representative of Ward 3 on the board. Three years ago Mr. Ferguson lost his seat on the board, tlie successful candidate being Mr. Luke, of Te Puke. No. 3 \yard embraces the Bay of Plenty, and Rotorua,'Piako and Hauraki Plains counties. Mr. Ferguson has been chairman of the South Auckland Dairy Association for several years, and chairman of directors of the Norfolk Dairy Co. since 1910.
