NEW ART UNION.
FOR RELIEF OF DISTRESS. USE OF TOTAL PROCEEDS. (By Telegraph—Own Correspondent.) WELLINGTON, this day. Another Dominion art union has been authorised by the Minister of Internal Affairs, the Hon. J. A. Young. These permits are issued under a license stipulating the method of distributing the profits, and in the last one a number of unemployment relief organisations obtained allocations. It is understood the Government proposes that the whole of the profits of the current art union shall bo applied to assist voluntary organisations engaged in relieving distress due to unemployment.
