Connoisseurs of cheese now have a restaiirant in Paris where 157 varieties of this product may be tasted._ A cheese merchant is responsible for the innovation, his cellar providing cheeses from all countries of the world, which are served cold or cooked, according to the wishes of the clients. The decoration of this unique establishment consists wholly of cheese stacked on shelves and indexed in the same way as is done with the rare vintages of some wine cellars.
