BARMAN FINED £30.
GAMING HOUSE IN BAR. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Wednesday. A charge against John O'Halloran, aged 41, barman, of carrying on business as a bookmaker, was withdrawn to-day. Accused pleaded guilty to a substituted charge of using tlie bar of the Clarendon Hotel as a common gaming house and was fined £30.
