WINTER CRAFTS.
WHAT IS YOUR HOBBY? It Is of the utmost importance that each one of us have some means of enjoying ourselves during the cold winter evenings, which compel us to stay indoors. In Peter Pan's letter to-day, readers are told how some members of the Budget staff spend their evenings, and it will no doubt be of interest to 'know how our readers fill in their spare time during the cold weather. Short, brightly written paragraphs are wanted that tell how you fill in-the winter evenings, and which, at the same time, give helpful ideas to other readers. Those who have succeeded with some novel type of handicraft may give 'detailed instructions, and illustrations may also be enclosed. For the most novel and interesting paragraphs submitted by Wednesday next prizes of 7/6, 5/, 3/ and 2/6 will be awarded.
