INTERNAL LOAN.
Financing Soviet Second FiveYear Plan. WORKERS MAY SUBSCRIBE. MOSCOW, May 15. Particulars of a new internal loan of 3,000,000,000 roubles is announced. The loan is for the purpose of enabling the Government to carry out its construction plans in the second live years period. Every worker is invited to subscribe at least three weeks' salary between now and October. The loan is to bear 10 per cent interest and will mature in 1943.
