Matches played on Saturday under the auspices of the Catholic Schools' Association resulted:— B Grade, Central Group (centre, Parnell). —Good Shepherd 13, beat St. Benedict's 3; Parnell 0, beat Northcote 3; Devonport 8, drew with St. Benedict's Ist, 1; St. Patrick's 0, beat St. Patrick's 2nd 1. B Grade, Western Group, (centre, Point Chevalier). —Grey Lynn 3rd 14. beat Grey Lynn 2nd 3; Henderson 10, drew with Mount Albert 10; Avondale 5, beat Point Chevalier 4. B Grade, Eastern Group (centre, Ellerslie). —Ellerslie 5, beat Remuera 1; Epsom 20, beat Onehunga 5; Panmure 18, beat Otahuhu 1. THAMES-HAURAKI ASSOCIATION. There was a good attendance at the annual meeting of the Thames-Hauraki Basketball Association, Mr. L. Hayes presiding. The annual report and balancesheet showed the affairs and finances of the association were in a healthy state Mr. Hayes was re-elected president and Miss D. Brown secretary for the coming year. It was decided to open the season on Saturday, May 6, with a live-a-side tournament. 1 1
