SEVERAL DEAD IN CUBA. NEW YOKK, April 30. ■ Dispatches from Havana, _ Cuba, state that seven rebels, two soldiers and the chief of police at the town of San Luis were killed yesterday as tho army forces quickly suppressed a revolutionary outbreak in the Orient© province. The rebels killed the police chief m their flight. _ •
