MANY ARRESTS IN JAPAN. KOBE, April 21. Over 100 Communists Lave been arrested at Okayama, including students, a priest, 10 women, and a scenario ■writer. The Minister of Justice, Mr. Koyama, addressing commandants of tlie gendarmerie, said that it was to be regretted that Communism was increasing. He emphasised the attempts that were being made to seduce the troops.
