Wilkins-Ellsworth Aerial
Expedition.
PILOT LEAVES FOR NORWAY.
(Received 9.30 a.m.) NEW YORK, April 14. Mr. Bernt Balchen, pilot of the Wil-kins-Ellsworth aerial Antarctic expedition, accompanied by members of his family and a mechanic, sailed for Norway on board the Stavangerfjord, on which was the aeroplane to be used in the Antarctic flight. It is understood that Sir Hubert Wilkins was delayed with Mr. Lincoln Ellsworth and will join the expedition later.
