ROWING.
INTERCOLONIAL REGATTA.
VANCOUVER, April 14. England's Cambridge University crew, the Italian Olympic eight and the Navy, Yale, Cornell, Washington, California and University of California crews of the United States have been invited to compete in an international rowing regatta on July 8 at Vancouver, according to an announcement by civic officials.
