FIELDS FOR SATURDAY.
AUCKLAND HORSES ENGAGED,
The Hawera Trotting annual meeting takes place on Saturday and Monday, and though the fields are small in the majority of races there is good material engaged. Auckland stables are strongly I%presented and should get a substantial portion of the prize money. The following are likfely to be in demand in their engagements: — Auroa Handicap.—Worthy Chief, Golden Harvest. Matapu Handicap.—Sphinx, Kohewah. Stratford Handicap. — Raider-Cracker bracket, Te Mahanga. Hawera Cup.—Bell o' Mine, Special Sun. Normanby Handicap.—Golden Harvest, Bisr Blaze." Manaia Handicap.—Nell Yolo, Sphinx. President's Handicap.—Raider, Fisher. Eltham Handicap.—Bell o' Mine, Daddy Longlegs.
