COMPETITION RULES.

Competitions in these pages, unless specially marked, are open to all J#ung people under 18 years of age. - -

2. Work should be done in ink, on one side of the paper only. Leave • margin of one. inch on the left-hand side. 'The little ones may use ink pencil* 3..
