BRITISH SCHOOLBOYS.
TOUR OF ARGENTINA PLANNED. (Received 9.30 a.m.) RUGBY, April 9. _ Fifteen schoolboys between the ages of 17 and 19 are to leave England on July 29 for a tour of Argentina. On the outward journey they will visit Lisbon, Madeira, llio do Janeiro and Santos. The tour has been arranged by the Ibero-American Institute of Great Britain, with the approval of its president, the Prince of Wales. It will be under the patronage of Dr. Julio Boca, Vice-President of Argentina.
