INCENDIARY PLOT.

Sensational Story of Fire on Luxury Liner. BRETON REVENGE? (Eeceived 10 a.m.) LONDON, April 9. The outrage, the paper says, was partly a revolutionary gesture, but chiefly for revenge because the hull was taken to Bordeaux for completion, although it was started at St. Nazaire.
