CHANGE OF POLICY.

[Published by Arrangement.]

NEW MOTOR INVENTION. N.A.T. Rotary Motor Company, Ltd., wish to make public the decision of its board of directors regarding the construction of the new petrol engine. A complete change of policy was agreed to by a majority decision of the directorate. This will result in the prevention of further delays in the ultimate achievement of the company's main objective. Plans incorporating the new master patent valve, which has received the endorsement of prominent engineers, have been drawn up by a competent draughtsman, and a contract has been let with the Union Foundries, Ltd., of Stratford, for the construction of the engine itself. Although no time limit has been stipulated in the contract conditions, the manufacturing company has volunteered an assurance that the enging will be running, under petrol power, at the end of three months.

Mr. A. Gilbert, who, as a practical engineer, possesses, extensive technical and mechanical qualifications, has been appointed by the directors of N.A.T. to represent the latter company during the course of construction.

It cannot be too strongly emphasised that the company's invention will usher in a new era of mechanical development. Unlike any other device of the kind, it has proved a new cycle of operation, and it is the confident belief of the experts associated with the company that, in practical use, it will revolutionise the motor industry in general, covering air, land and sea. It is significant that in the original backing of the proposition 80 per cent of the stares -was held by engineers.
