"DULEEP" NOT PLAYING. (Received 11 a.m.) LONDON, April 7. The county cricket committee has decided to revert to the percentage system of reckoning the championship, but 15 points will still be awarded for an outright victory. Though recently re-elected captain of Sussex, Duleepsinhji, who is still in a sanatorium at Switzerland, •will not be playing this season. KING'S SANCTION. ASQUITH MEMORIAL TABLET. RUGBY, April 7. A message was received by the House of Commons' from the King saying he would gladly give directions for the •carrying into effect of the proposal to honour the memory of "that eminent statesman and devoted servant of his country," the late Earl of Oxford and Asquith.
This object is to be achieved by the erection of a memorial tablet in Westminster Abbey,
