Steps should be taken (should have b« e taken long ago) to dissuade relief workers f roll * marrying or having families. Belief and all those supported wholly or partially "J charitable aid are supported by taxes,_ direc and indirect, got from others; these inclu bachelors and spinsters, many of whom hav? refrained from marriage in order to h® P relatives or to save the community from t likelihood or possibility of themselves causin o any drag on the community. Others who have to contribute are married men with familu® > some of them living at no higher standar than those they have to pay tribute for. no more drastic method can be single relief workers should at least be that they willicontinue to be cla-ssed as even though they marry.
