CHURCH MINISTER TO STAND. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) DUNEDIN, this day. The. Eev. E. T. Cox, M.A., a Methodist parson, of Mornington, and formerly of Auckland, is about to commence his candidature for the city Mayoralty. His entry makes four candidates in all so far.
