GAMES TO PLAY. (Sent in by Isabel Edgar. 37. Meola Road. Point Chevalier.) • EARTH, AIR, WATER. This panic can be played by any number of persons' who sit in a circle with one in Mic middle, who points quickly to any one of the circle, at the same time calling out one of these three names, "Earth," "Air," or "Water." The person pointed to must, before the one in the middle can count 10, call out the name of something which lives on the earth, in the air or in the water, otherwise a forfeit must be paid. PARLIAMENTARY SPEECH. One of the players stands in the middle and recites a well-known verse of nursery rhyme. Before he begins lie explains that when he raises his right hand the audience must clap, when lie raises his left hand they must cheer, and when lie raises both hands they must clap, cheer, and stamp their feet. This is a good game to put the guest* into a jolly frame of mind.
