WINTER SUGGESTIONS.
Under the winter top-coat, according to some fashion experts, will be worn printed fabrics of small designs. The best-looking materials are in the crinkled prints showing in grev, pale green and brown. A frock of this material worn recently was exceptionally lovely because the upper sections of the sleeves were of dark transparent net with long-petalled flowers of the printed silk appliqued on the net, and the same appliqued motif was repeated around the edge of the wide lapels of the blouse.
