GERMAN BANK'S PLEA.
BERLIN, April 5,
The Reichsbank's annual report contains a serious warning that the bank soon will be faced with difficult problems unless the foreign trade surplus is increased. It emphasises that no debtor country can be in a position to keep its engagements if the creditor countries refuse to allow delivery in goods.
