"FAIR TO FINE."
TO-DAY'S WEATHER FORECAST
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.)
WELLINGTON, this day.
An intense anti-cyclone still covers New Zealand, the centre being east of Otago. A cyclone is now definitely developing on the New South Wales coast. The forecast is for moderate southeasterly winds, gradually backing to east and north-east and freshening. The weather should be mainly fair to fine and cool, but some scattered showers are likely in the far north. Seas moderate to rather. rough.
