HOSPITAL FINANCE.
LOCAL AUTHORITIES' LEVY. INCREASE AT DUNEDIN. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, this day. The Hospital Board estimates, disclosed at a meeting last evening, fix the levy on local authorities at f40,000. This figure i.? about £2750 more than last year. The finance committee explains that a debit balance of £0500 is carried over. The tales tax- and exchange are estimated at £1500. RevenueJs estimated to be reduced by £2000.
