ULTERIOR AIM ALLEGED
(Received 2 p.m.)
LONDON, March 28,
"The Times" says the strike of the Ford workers at Dagenham, Essex, which is being directed by a union .official, not' an employee, is an attempt by prominent officials of the Engineering Union to establish a branch in the works with the company's recognition.
A deadlock has resulted from the refusal of a meeting by the strikers to negotiate without union officials. The company has closed the factory and 7000 are idle. r
