WELLINGTON CITY LOAN.
INTEREST 41/, PER CENT. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Tuesday. The City Council is offering at the Treasury Office short-dated £100 debentures totalling £48,700. The first section (4200) is in respect of an old sanitation works loan. The rate of interest will be 4>4 per cent. The loan is repayable in May, 1037. The second section (44,500) is for the city milk department. Interest will be 4% per cent, repayable in March, 1038.
