WARMTH ON THE ROOF OF THE WORLD.—The British airmen, who will attempt to fly over Mount Everest on Friday, will be fitted with elaborate equipment to counteract the intense cold over the world's highest summit (29,141 ft). As the illustration shows, the flyer, by making contact with an electric point, will set up a heat radiating system from the top of the head to the soles of the feet.
