THAMES-HAURAKI PLAINS. SUCCESSFUL SEASON KEPORTED. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) THAMES, this day. Several de.Js have been made in. farm properties in the Thames Valley and Haura'ti Plains districts lately. The property of Mr. E. J. Cocke, Pu'riri, 100 arres and that of Mr. C. Vagg, Hauraki P.aine. 120 acrss, changed hands at satisfactory prices. Negotiations are now taking place in reference to several farms. Local land agents report that a demand has set in latterly for small improved dairy farms from 10 acres upwards. Dairy farmers throughout the district report a successful eeason and the milk supply is keeping up much, longer than in previous years.
