ACKERS. —Oil Wednesday, February 15, as the result of an accident, James Ackers, the beloved husband of Elsie Ackers (nee Cooke); also, Jack Ackers, fiance of Evelyn Cooke, Hikurangi; aged 25 and 21 years. Deeply regretted. BARCLAY.—On February IC, 1033, at the Auckland Hospital, Mary Finney, beloved wife of John Clark Barclay, Fairburn Road, Otahuhu ; aged 71 years. Funeral will leave the above address for the Otahuhu Public Cemetery to-morrow (Saturday) at 9.45 a.m. DVWSON. —On February 15, Barbara KendaU. infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. I* Dawson. 27, Hillsboro' Koad, Mount Roskill. Safe in the arms of Jesus. HOLMES. —On February 16, at Auckland Hospital (suddenly), George Holmes; aged ?6 years. (Recently from Ballybrittas, Ireland.) LETCHER. —On February 15, at his lat:e residence, 25, Mountain Road, Mount Albert, John Henry, dearly-beloved husband of Nell Letcher, and father of Jim, Wcs and Jack; aged 70 years. Interred this day at Waikumete, LOWTHER. —On February 17, 1933, at the Whaugarei Public Hospital, Charles T., second son of W. J. Lowther, Helensville, late of Dargaville, dearly beloved husband ' of Lena Lowther, of Whangarel; aged 30 years. At rest. MAJELLA-—Of your charity T>ray for the repose of the soul of Bister Mary Majella, who died at St. Mary's Convent, New Street, February 16; aged 41 years. Eequiescat in pace. Requiem Mass will be celebrated in St. Mary's Convent at 9 a-m. to-morrow (Saturday), prior to interment at Hillsboro' Cemetery.

MUNRO. —On February 16, 1933, at her late residence, Marion McGill Munro, widow of the late Duncan Munro, and loving mother of Neil; aged 55 years. Deeply regretted. Funeral at Waipipi Cemetery at 2 p.m. Saturday, February 18. 1933. RISK.—On February 17, James Bannatyne, beloved father of Mrs. T. Hill, 45, Park Road, and uncle of James A. Lockie, li 2, Karangahape Road. A wonderful nature, good and kind, A pleasant memory left behind. BISK.—On February 17, at the Auckland Hospital, Jame3 Bannatyne, 68, Sandnngham Road: aged 67. Deeply mourned. The funeral will leave late residence on Sunday morning at 11 a.m. for Huntly Cemetery. WELLS.—On February 16, John Henry, dearly beloved only brother of Fred 11. Wells, Domain Street, Devonport, in Ins eighty-first year. Interred this day at Thames.
