BOILER BURSTS.
EIGHT KILLED NEAR PARIS. (Received 10.30 a.m.^ . PARIS, February 6. Eight people were killed and about 100 injured in a te'rrific explosion at the Billan Court motor works on the outskirts of Paris, which wrecked the power house, the roof of which was lifted off and crashed in an adjoining workroom, injuring a number of the occupants. The wreckage of the power house was scattered over a wide area and workmen were struck by flying metal. The explosion was due to a boiler bursting.
