INEBRIATES' HOMES.
CHARGE FOR MAINTENANCE.

WELLINGTON, Monday.
The Minister of Justice, th© Hon. J. G. Cobbe, stated to-day that the Reformatory Institutions Amendment Bill •would be proceeded with this session. The bill provides that persons committed to inebriates' homes may be charged an amount not exceeding 22/6 a week for their maintenance.
