OFFICIAL LABOUR CANDIDATE. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) WAIHI, this day. An early announcement will be made in regard to the selection of an official Labour candidate for the Thames seat at the next election. Mr. J. Thorn, national secretary of the party, who will commence a campaign in support of the candidate in April, addressed a meeting in the Miners' Hall last evening.
