TAURANGA NOTES.

Miss Molly Goodwin, of Green Lane, who has been holidaying at Tauranga, has returned home. Mrs. Lance Tompkins and family, who have been spending the holidays at The Mount, have returned to Hamilton. Mrs. Arnold, of Rotorua, is visiting Mount Maunganui. Miss Shaw and Mrs. Playle, of Tauwhare, are spending a holiday at Tauranga. Mr. and Mrs. D. McLennan, of Hamilton, are on a holiday visit to Mount Maunganui. Miss U. McMillan, and Miss V. McMillan, who have been visiting Mr. and Mrs. Fergus Boyd, of Tauranga, have returned to Wellington. Mr., and Mrs. J. H. Greenliead and Miss Joy Greenliead, and Mrs. C. Henderson, of Rotorua, are holidaying at The Mount. Mrs. A. B. Laurenson and Miss Laurenson, of Remuera, are visiting Tauranga. Mr. and Mrs. J. O'Sullivan, of Tc Awamutu, are also recent visitors to Tauranga. Miss M. E. Burke, of Waverley, is spending an extended holiday at Mount Maunganui. Miss D. Clegg and Miss M. Barger, of Hamilton, are visiting The Mount, Tauranga. Miss Willis and Mrs. Green, of Hawke's Bay, are on a holiday visit to Tauranga. Mr. and Mrs. E. C. Watkins, of Putaruru, are on holiday at The Mount. Mr. and Mrs. W. J. Simpson, of Matamata, are amongst recent visitors to Tauranga. Mr. and Mrs. S. H. Craig and family, of Wellington, who are on a motoring tour, have arrived in Tauranga for a fortnight's holiday, while Mr. Craig is deepsea fishing at Mayor Island. Amongst the Auckland visitors to Tauranga are the Misses Jervis (2), Remuera, Mr. and Mrs. Garrett and Miss Garrett, Mrs. Owens (Takapuna), Mr. and Mrs. Spencer, Mrs. E. Terry and daughter, and Mrs. Webster. Dr. and Mrs. Wilson, of Rotorua, are spending a holiday at Mount Maunganui. The Misses Stevenson (2), of Havelock North, are amongst recent visitors to The Mount. Mr. and Mrs. Faweett, of Wellington, are on a holiday visit to Tauranga. Mr. and Mrs. Walter King, of Auckland, and their daughter, Mrs. R. Fowler, of Sydney, are holidaying at Taurahga. Mr. and Mrs. Malcom, of Waitoa, are on a visit to Mount Maunganui. Mr. and Mrs. W. J. King were recent visitors to Mount Maunganui. Mr. and Mrs. E. W. Webb, of Opotiki, are holidaying at The Mount. Mr. and Mrs. Power, of Masterton, who have been visiting Tauranga as the guests of Mrs. C. Wray, of Third Avenue, left on their return journey yesterday. Mrs. Tullouch and Master Peter Tullouch, of Putaruru, are spending a holiday at Mount Maunganui. The Misses Gould (2), of Auckland, are visiting Tauranga. Mr. and Mrs. Temple Cobbold, of Te Aroha, are visiting Taujranga, and are the guests of Commander 'aid Mrs. Fell, of Otumoetai,
