SUNSHINE CLUB.

Major-General Sir George Richardson and the Hon. A. J. Stallworthy, M.P., gave descriptive accounts of the work of the Sunshine Community Club among the youth of Auckland to a meeting of the Legion of Frontiersmen.

General Richardson emphasised the need during the present economic crisis for citizens to co-operate in the cause of the children.

Mr. Stallworthy traced the growth and history of the club since its inception by the late Mrs. Nellie Ferner.
