TIME OVERSTAYED.
VOYAGER ACROSS PACIFIC. SAN 'FRANCISCO, January 19. A message from San Pedro, California, states that Mr. Fred Rebell, who arrived there two weeks ago after sailing alone in the 18-foot craft Elaine across the Pacific from Australia, was detained by the immigration officials. He was charged with having overstayed his time limit of 60 days provided for in his seaman's passport issued at Honolulu on November 4.
