WcWhannell, who accompanied him when they played in the Empire Games in Canada three years ago. W. A. Dee (Nelson) was recently elected a member of the New Zealand Bowling Council, but has been known for yearg as a fairly successful competitor in Dominion tournaments. • C. A. Rendle (Eastbourne) is the slip of the present champion rink of the Wellington Centre.
