DUCE'S villa for sale. The villa at Monte Carlo which, together with its art treasures, the widow of an Italiari gerieral bequeathed to Mussolini eome years ago, has been something of a white elephant to the Duce. Political considerations preclude his comihg to Monte Carlo when there is San Ke«6 for hird to -patronise. So the propfefty is up for safe. About 4000 dollars is asked for the house and as much again for its contents.
