Field-Marshal Lord Milne will relinquish his appointment as Chief of the General Staff on February 19. General Sir Archibald Montgomery-Massingberd is to leave the Adjutant-General's office and succeed him, and General Sir Cecil Homer is to take up the dutic3 of Adjutant-General.
