AMERICA'S TRADE.
FAVOURABLE BALANCE. (Received 10 a.m.) WASHINGTON, December 20. A favourable trade balance in November of 35,000,000 dollars was announced on Tuesday by the United States Commerce Department in a statement which placed the exports at 130,000,000 dollars and the imports at 104,000,000. Each was lower than for the previous month. November was the first month since July that the trade figures have shown a decrease. For 11 months of the present year there has been a favourable trade balance of 256,180,000 dollars, with 1,481,379,000 in exports and 1,225,199,000 in' imports. Exports, however, were 758,841,000 less than for the same period of the previous year, and imports 711,603,000 less.
