The annual general meeting or the Kuincu Public Hall (incorp.) was held on Monday evening with a good attendance o£ members, over which Mr. It. • Deane presided. The report and balam . -lieet showed a credit for the year, which was regarded as satisfactory, considering the number ot improvements which had been made to the hall through the past year. The election of officers resulted as follows: President, Mr R P. Dane; vice-president, Mr. W. B. Garry; secretary, Mr. B. Catcs: treasurer, Mr A. H. Lambert: auditor, Mr. w. 11. Maiins; committee, Messrs. S. H. Bell, \V Smith, C. Glogloski, A. Loekwood, U. Barnes and F. Reber. A letter of thanks was forwarded to Mr. Maiins, the society e auditor.
