WINE SELLING CHARGE.
WHANGAKH CASE ADJOURNED
(By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) WHANGAREI, thie day. The caee heard before Mr. G. N. Morris, S.M., in the Police Court yesterday afternoon, in which Paul Kokich was charged tnat, being the holder of a wine-maker's license, he sold wine at Whangarei, on November 11, in quantities of less than two gallons to one person at a time, and Mate Kokich was charged with aiding, assieting, counselling and procuring in the commission of the offence, was adjourned until January 23 to enable the police and counsel to submit legal argument.
